1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all prompts, uploaded images, reference images, generated images, downloads, and other activity on doubao.photos. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Sexual and NSFW Content Is Prohibited

You may not use doubao.photos to create, request, upload, edit, transform, distribute, or attempt to generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, erotic, fetish, or adult sexual content.

You may not use the Service to sexualize any person, public figure, private individual, or fictional character, or to create sexualized image edits, sexual deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual impersonation content.

Any sexual, nude, erotic, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

3. Other Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, upload, edit, or distribute content that:

  • Promotes, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors
  • Creates non-consensual intimate images, face swaps, deepfakes, or identity manipulation
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, abuse, harassment, hatred, or discrimination
  • Facilitates illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive behavior
  • Infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or personality rights
  • Attempts to bypass our moderation, usage limits, payment systems, or access controls

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated content moderation before image generation. Prompts or requests that are flagged or denied by our moderation systems will be blocked before credits are deducted, jobs are queued, or AI models are called.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove generated content, block future access, refuse refunds, and report illegal content when we believe this policy has been violated.
